Due to the current inventories of the Bridgestone YHC tires, GLSS will follow the same policy as WKA and the MWSS and allow only the new YKC tire to be used for the remainder of the 2009 season. This will take affect at the upcoming GLSS event at Newcastle Ind. Aug.7-8-9 2009. This decision has been made by GLSS in an effort to maintain a level playing field for all competitors competing on the WKA spec Bridgestone tires. Competitors may run new or used YKC tires. TIRE EXCHANGE... The GLSS has made arrangements for those who currently have new Bridgestone YHC tires to exchange them for the new YKC at our Newcastle event. Bridgestone in cooperation with Margay Racing Products has offered to exchange your YHC tires for the new YKC tire with the following provisions. Each driver will be allowed to exchange up to two sets of tires. Your YHC tires must be new, unmounted, and in the original wrapper. Otherwise the tires must be in a resalable condition and look new.
